We understand that transitioning from one firm to another is difficult. Accordingly, we do everything we can to make the move simpler for you and your clients. To help you financially, we offer forgivable loans, bonus payments on achievement of AUM and production targets, credit to cover transfer fees, and a guaranteed payout during transition.
On the administrative side, our SWAT team dedicates themselves to handling all aspects of your transition. We create personalized client packages to make it easier for you to get in touch with your clients quickly and we will waive their RRSP fees for the first year to give them that added incentive to join you.
