My proven process

The best client is an informed client. I ensure that my investors understand their investments as well as the market and economic factors that influence them. When clients are informed, engaged and actively involved, they develop trust and understanding in what I am doing and are less likely to abandon sound strategies at the worst moment.

With a collaborative approach, I follow a four-step approach to wealth management:

1. Profiling — Through in-depth discussion and analysis with you, I create a detailed profile of your financial situation, time horizon, risk tolerance level, goals, income needs, and expectations.

2. Proposal — In this phase, I prepare an individualized proposal, which acts as a roadmap for your financial journey. The proposal incorporates my asset allocation strategy recommendation and outlines my service and communication commitments.

3. Implementation — Next, I select investments to implement the asset allocation recommendation outlined in the proposal. As I construct the portfolio during this phase, I ensure that each holding is aligned with your risk and return objectives.

4. Review — Your portfolio is constantly being monitored and adjusted in accordance with changes in opportunities, the markets and your circumstances. Every quarter, we provide you with a performance report that summarizes the individual securities held in your portfolio and a newsletter communicating any important and timely insights. As well, we provide comprehensive year-end performance reporting that outlines realized capital gains and losses so that you understand how your portfolio is working for you.
