Regular communications — I am committed to keeping you informed. You will hear from me by mail, email (important/timely communications only), telephone and in person on a regular, predictable basis. You will receive account statements quarterly, at a minimum. For months when any activity has occurred (e.g., buying or selling of securities, dividends being paid into your account, capital being added or removed) you will receive a statement.

Reasonable financial disclosure — I can only develop a sound wealth management plan for you when we work together. To ensure that I meet your goals, it is imperative that you disclose all relevant aspects of your financial situation. This includes long-term objectives, current and projected financial needs and means, inheritances, tax returns, and statements for accounts held elsewhere.
Open communication — Inevitably, over time, your financial situation and risk tolerance will change. Please inform us immediately if these events occur so that we may make any necessary changes to your wealth management plan, and reflect them appropriately in your portfolio.
Prompt response — You will hear from my team by phone regularly. We will always have your best interests at heart. Please respond to our messages in a timely manner.
