I have over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, and I have spent the majority of them administering the diverse investment and retirement needs of affluent Canadian families. I have completed industry licensing and financial planning studies and have earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, widely considered the hallmark of excellence in the investment industry.

Over the years I have developed a specialty of providing customized solutions for Chartered Accountants in auditing, accounting and M&A advisory businesses, who must comply with strict guidelines that forbid them from investing in companies for whom they provide services.

I attended Queen’s University, where I obtained a degree in Economics and English. I am married to Katharine Dalton, a highly qualified Research Consultant who shares her analytical skills with my team. Together we have two daughters, Ainsley and Taylor. As a family, we enjoy our time spent at our island cottage swimming, canoeing and sailing.
