Mathew began his career in the financial services industry in 1996 with Midland Walwyn, which was purchased by Merrill Lynch in 1998 and then subsequently acquired by CIBC Wood Gundy in 2002. In August 2005, he joined the predecessor firm to Macquarie Private Wealth to align himself with some of the finest talent in the country, and offer his clients richer resources and services as a result. His office is located in the downtown Toronto branch.
Prior to becoming an Investment Advisor, Mathew studied Criminology at Carleton University and International Business at Seneca College. Having played varsity college and university hockey, he still enjoys the game, and is an avid golfer.
Mathew and his wife Helen reside in North York and are happily involved with charitable organizations including H.O.P.E. and the Big Brothers and Sisters of Toronto. Mathew also enjoys serving as a Director of the Marilyn Van Stone Cancer Care Foundation.
