Darren Harrold My richly varied career has given me a broad perspective on business and the markets. Prior to joining the predecessor firm to Macquarie Private Wealth in 2005, I worked in real estate development and developed $50 million worth of projects. Before this, I was head of Investor Relations for small cap energy firms in Calgary, acting as liaison between the CEOs of public companies and the markets.

I attained my B.A. from the University of Calgary. For three years, I volunteered as Chairman of the Board of the Fernie Heritage Library. I am an avid cyclist and enjoy skiing, mountain bike racing, scuba diving, and hockey.
