With a quarter century of experience in the investment industry, I work with high net worth executives and speculative investors to enhance their portfolios by financing mining and oil and gas explorations. I achieve this through participation in private placements, Capital Pool Corporations (CPCs) and Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) valued between $500,000 and $10 million.

As an options licensed advisor with extensive experience in investment grade securities, I employ put writing and covered call writing strategies to buy stocks at prices below the prevailing markets and to enhance income for my clients.

I also assist employees of public companies to exercise their stock options efficiently and deploy options strategies to boost my clients’ portfolio yields.
