Understanding our clients' goals and objectives is essential, and we devote a great deal of time to accomplishing this. We use state-of-the-art computer systems to keep details in very good order and ensure client needs and wants are always addressed.

We consider it our responsibility to remain in touch, and have established a blueprint for service as a starting point. Our basic service pattern is to meet with you at least twice a year for 30-45 minutes to review your portfolio, and to call you personally every quarter to touch base. As well, you will be invited to seminars periodically throughout the year. We modify this to accommodate each client's specific requirements. For example, if you winter in Florida, wish to meet every 30-60 days, or only have time to meet during certain months of the year, we will adjust our practices to suit your availability.

We keep our clientele small and select to provide a high degree of personal attention; however, if you should ever call our office and fail to reach someone, we commit to responding promptly.
